1. How to get a free sample?

We will normally provide 1-2 samples to our customers to do the test.

2. How to pay for order?

T/T, Western union, Alibaba online trade assurance,ect.

3. What's the payment term ?

30% deposit to confirm order, balance to be paid off before shipment.

4. What’s the process of order?

Send us Inquiry→get quotation→payment done→Proceed with the sample with logo printing on product and customer's packaging design for approval before mass production → Sample of logo and packaging confirmed → Proceed mass production → Balance payment →Delivery

5. When does customer expects to receive the sample of their logo on the product ?

Sample: 5-7 working days (Standard);
Bulk order: 15-20 working days (Standard).

6. When does customer expects to receive the sample of custom packaging box ?

Sample: 10 working days (Standard);
Bulk order: 20-25 working days (Standard).

7. Do you offer shipping service?

We offer you optional price term. So excluding to be a reliable products supplier. we also provide you shipping service. After the order confirmed,we will check with customs and shipping company to find the best way to ship the goods from factory to your port,your warehouse or your house in the most economical way.

8.Do you accept OEM service? Can I put my logo on the products and customized color box?

Yes,we always customized OEM packaging for our customer and we have a great design team than can meet your customized requirements.

9.What is your price term?

We can offer you EXW,FOB,DDP,CIF.CFR price options, we are highly skilled to help you find the economical and practical way.

10.How to get the price?

Send your requirements, including the product name,item number,order quality then we will quote the price to you.
